As a Heritage Tour Guide at the iconic QE2 you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional visitor experiences by leading engaging informative and memorable tours throughout the historic vessel. Your purpose is to bring the QE2s rich maritime legacy to life while supporting the Tours Team in the smooth operation of daily tour activities. Your expertise and enthusiasm will directly contribute to driving revenue enhancing guest satisfaction and reinforcing the QE2s status as a world-class cultural destination.
Key Responsibilities
Tour Operations & Guest Engagement
- Conduct heritage tours of approximately 12 hours for mid-sized groups confidently presenting to a diverse audience of all ages.
