Job Description
MHIRJ is the merging of two significant legacies: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and the CRJ Series program. We provide comprehensive operations, engineering and customer support solutions, including maintenance, overhaul, technical publications, and marketing and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry. We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager.
Position summary This role serves as a senior subject matter expert in total rewards, supporting analysis and administration of programs in Canada and the United States. It helps maintain consistency, internal equity and alignment with established practices by providing recommendations and guidance based on rigorous analysis. The incumbent exercises advanced judgment and provides expert recommendations to the Director of Total Rewards.
