Job Description
The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits programs within an organization. You will help ensure that the company's total rewards strategy aligns with its business goals and attracts, motivates, and retains top talent.
Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation programs, including base salary and variable pay
- Evaluate market data and industry trends to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive
- Support job evaluation and pricing, with alignment to global frameworks
- Provide recommendations on salary adjustments, promotions, and offers
- Maintain and update salary structures, ranges, and job mapping
