Job Description
We are seeking a Total Rewards Administrator based in our Milton Office location to join the Human Resources team. This is a fully onsite contract role for 6 months.
The role reports to the Director of Total Rewards and is part of an 8βperson team managing Total Rewards.
Responsibilities
- Support biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Review and validate time & attendance records, resolving discrepancies with managers.
- Process payroll adjustments, manual payments, reconciliations, and maintain payroll records.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and life event updates.
- Assist with open enrollment activities and employee benefits communications.
- Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, deductions, and total rewards programs.
