Shape the future of Global HR Modernization as the Manager of Automation Strategy in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through process optimization and automation initiatives.
You will play a pivotal role in driving a customer-focused culture while utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles. Work closely with the Director to assess current processes and identify actionable automation improvements.
