As part of the RM & PLA LATAM regional team, you will play a key role in resource analysis and long-term planning across wind farms in Latin America. Your day will involve assessing tool and equipment requirements, supporting campaign planning and execution, and ensuring operational readiness across the region. You will help implement and manage a system that tracks the condition, availability, budget, and utilization of tools and equipment, enabling efficient operations and supporting Siemens Gamesa’s mission of driving the energy transition through reliable wind energy solutions. You will work in a collaborative and cross‑functional environment, partnering with Service Providers and internal stakeholders to optimize performance and deliver results.
