As a Tooling Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving tooling excellence to support customer needs and strengthen our competitive advantage. You will partner cross-functionally to develop high-quality mold solutions that improve product performance, accelerate time-to-market, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

Our Team

You will be part of a collaborative engineering team working closely with RFQ, design, manufacturing, and global partners within PMC. The team focuses on delivering innovative tooling solutions while continuously improving performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Partner with the RFQ team to deliver accurate tooling estimates (cycle time, tonnage, scrap rate) to support competitive quotations

Develop DFM reports to proactively identify and mitigate tooling and product risks
