**Tooling Engineer**
**YOUR ROLE**
The Tooling Engineer is responsible for ensuring the availability, functionality, and continuous improvement of all tooling used in production.
The role supports new program industrialization by overseeing tooling development, validation, and approval, while managing the complete tooling lifecycle, including preventive maintenance and repair coordination.
Working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Global Engineering teams, the Tooling Engineer ensures that tooling consistently enables stable processes, compliant products, and efficient manufacturing in line with global standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the proper functioning, reliability, and capability of all production tooling — including tools, dies, fixtures, and jigs.
Diagnose tooling‐related issues, coordinate repairs, and implement permanent corrective actions.
