Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Tool Applicators / Manufacturing Methods Engineers to support aerospace engine manufacturing programs. The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, NC Programming, Tooling, and Quality teams to develop and optimize manufacturing methods for aircraft engine components such as turbines, compressors, and combustors.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot tooling performance and support production teams in resolving machining issues.
- Recommend and implement alternative tooling solutions to maintain production continuity.
- Provide technical support to operators, planners, and manufacturing support teams.
- Review tooling deviations and participate in the disposition of non-conformances.
- Perform drawing markups and technical corrections related to tooling requirements.
