Join our Crucibles Plant as a Tooling Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of tooling that keeps our production running at its best.What you'll do- Own the availability and performance of tooling and molds for critical pressing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support new product launches .
- Lead tooling maintenance strategies and vendor management, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Solve complex problems by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions .
- Develop and standardize process documentation and best practices (PFMEA, work instructions) .
