Job Description
ROLE- Tooling Design Engineer
LOCATION- Bristol
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience
My client is a specialist manufacturer. They are looking for a Tooling Design Engineer to join their team in Bristol on a permanent basis.
The Tooling Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Tooling or Design Engineering position
- Strong experience with injection moulded plastics
- Ideally be experienced designing mould tools
- Knowledge of tooling, jigs and fixtures
- HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ / Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Design or similar
- Be proficient using 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks, Inventor etc.
