Flexo Line Products (Pty) Ltd is a plastic injection moulding company based in Atlantis, Cape Town. We specialise in the manufacturing of a wide range of plastic products, including spice closures, educational toys, household storage solutions, domestic products, hardware items, bottles, and plumbing components.
Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Tool Maker to join our team. The Tool Maker will be responsible for CNC plastic injection mould making, servicing injection moulds, and diagnosing and repairing mould problems.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary or trade qualification (essential)
Must be a trade-tested Toolmaker
Minimum 5 years’ experience post apprenticeship as a qualified Toolmaker in the plastics industry
Strong knowledge of plastic injection mould preventive maintenance
Ability to assemble and disassemble injection moulds
CNC machining experience
Proficiency in 3D modelling software
