OverviewThe ToolCrib Attendantis responsible forissuingtools and equipment toemployees,maintainingaccuraterecords of issued tools, andoverseeing inventory levels within thetool crib. The ToolCrib Attendantensurestimelyscheduling of preventative maintenance for all equipment.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesCompiles andmaintainsrecords of quantity, type,and value of material, equipment or supplies stocked.
Count material, equipment, merchandise,or supplies in stock andentersall needed materials into the requisition log.
Ensuresall orders made have a Sage number and is on theBilling of Materials (BOM).
Checksthe BOM for all needed parts for rush orders as well as new projects.
Ensuresall stock ordered is on the BOM.
Entersall paint orders.
