As a Strategic Account Manager, you will execute account success plans while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Your key task will be to maintain strong relationships with named accounts, track customer data in CRM, and engage with executives to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and nurture relationships with named accounts
• Keep CRM information updated and accurate
• Manage sales pipeline through customer engagement
• Understand and align with customer business objectives
• Propose Tipalti solutions to address customer challenges
Requirements:
• At least 4 years in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales
• Strong record of meeting quotas
