Monitor workshop floor activities and ensure smooth workflow. Track job progress, technician productivity, and repair timelines. Support achievement of workshop KPIs and operational targets. Coordinate with service and workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery. Maintain accurate records and support process improvements. Requirements ITI/Diploma qualification 34 years of experience in workshop floor handling in a similar role Experience in an Authorized Dealership is mandatory Knowledge of Workshop KPIs and performance monitoring Strong automotive technical knowledge Benefits Salary: AED 5,000/month
