The General Manager drives operational efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives and commitment to innovation in prefabricated construction solutions. The position works closely with executive leadership to expand market opportunities, optimize manufacturing processes, and support the continued growth of the organization.
