The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long‑term relationships with local based agencies.
What you will be doing:
- Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, MCNs and organisations who focus on live‑streaming
- Manage internal and cross‑functional projects across the live‑streaming agency ecosystem
- Support the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools and terms for agencies while working with cross‑functional teams globally
