+ Lay out, fit, and weld projects independently, interpreting drawings or instructions as needed without close supervision.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven experience in TIG welding, including performing TIG grade welds suitable for food-grade environments.
+ Hands-on experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
+ Ability to independently lay out, fit, and weld projects without detailed instruction.
