Job Description
Ideagen is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (Tier 1) to be the first contact for customers. You will provide quick, effective support, troubleshoot basic issues, respond to tickets, and guide users to solutions that enhance their experience.
You will work onsite with the Customer Support team, applying strong problem-solving, empathy, and time management to manage inquiries, log tickets, and ensure satisfactory resolutions while collaborating with peers and product teams.
