The Tie-up Funding Support Officer is responsible for the daily monitoring of funding requirements of Remittance Tie-ups and Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end funding support for all remittance tie‑ups and partners
• Support Business Development teams in tie‑up FX trade facilitation
• Monitor funds transferred by tie‑ups and provide instruction to process based on approved funding accommodation and set the corresponding funding limit in the system, as applicable
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to business stakeholders and respond to funding inquiries by tie‑ups and partners
