Job Description
KiwiRail, a cornerstone of New Zealand's rail and freight network, is seeking a Third Officer Engineer to join the maritime engineering team. You will be the watchkeeper in the engine room, ensuring a safe engineering watch and directing the Motorman during the watch.
You will also perform maintenance on ship machinery and systems as directed by the First Officer Engineer, and you will champion Health and Safety aboard, walking the safety talk.
