Job Description
Role Overview
We are recruiting theatre practitioners (Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Operative Delivery Practitioner (ODP)) for day surgery/short stay theatres at Queen Margaret Hospital and Victoria Hospital. Both experienced and inexperienced applicants are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Support theatre activities across specialties such as gynaecology, urology, general surgery, orthopaedics, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, oral/maxillofacial, breast surgery and ENT.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, using excellent communication skills.
- Maintain professional development and evidence of continuing education.
Schedule & Locations
- Monday to Friday; shift patterns vary across 5 days.
- Must be flexible to work across both Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline and Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
