General Project Controls:
⢠Develop draft schedules from Requests for Proposal (RFP) information with minimal guidance from project management
⢠Appraisal of project cost and schedule performance for all assigned projects.
⢠Status, update and report for all project activities
⢠Assist Project Management in developing/reviewing cost and schedule corrective action and recovery plans, and making sure needed actions/plans are implemented
⢠Ensure the Subcontractorâs schedule and cost forecast are aligned
⢠Integrate Subcontractorâs schedules
⢠Review, upgrade as necessary, and appr...
