Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall testing strategy and approach for the transformation program.
- Plan and manage all test phases including unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression.
- Coordinate test execution across functional, technical, and business teams.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality against business requirements.
- Govern defect management, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
- Maintain test plans, scripts, schedules, and execution reporting.
- Ensure test readiness and sign off for cutover and go live decisions.
- Support post go live validation and stabilization testing.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Testing as Lead.
