Test & Validation Design Leader

Mission

The test & validation leader is responsible for building and reviewing the Design Validation & Review (DV&R) documents, conducting overall product test and validation activities (including electronic content) within the R&D team throughout the project lifecycle, from RFQ phase to final validation phases. The role ensures product conformity, robustness, and compliance with customer and Valeo standards.

Responsibilities

• Define the product test strategy based on customer and Valeo standard specifications and risk analysis (PCA, PHA, DFMEA, R&D Metiers Fix-Variable-Specific analysis).
• Support the project team with compatibility matrix & risk analysis, contributing with the product family validation standard owner from project acquisition onwards.
• Document design validation plans, including environmental and functional validation test plans, with the product architect, based on the defined test strategy.
