Job Description
+ Collect characterization, debug, and validation data on module engineering samples in support of PE/TE engineers
+ Build test fixtures, cabling, and harnesses required for engineering evaluation and debug
+ Perform tester calibration checks and coordinate calibration recovery as needed to keep engineering setups ready
+ Coordinate module sample logistics, including receiving, labeling, tracking, packaging, and shipping of engineering samples between Tempe, sister sites, OSATs, and customers
+ Perform PCB rework including through-hole soldering, SMT rework, board modification, and repair to support engineering hardware readiness
+ Debug engineering test setups, isolate hardware issues, and support engineers in identifying setup vs. device-under-test failures
+ Support module-level electrical debug activities including bench measurements, probing, thermal imaging, and instrumentation setup
