Test Supervisor – Electronics Testing
We’re seeking a hands-on Test Supervisor to lead electronic testing and troubleshooting in a production environment. You’ll oversee test activities, guide technicians, and work closely with engineering and production to ensure product quality and reliability.
Key responsibilities:
+ Lead testing and troubleshooting of electronic systems
+ Analyze failures and identify root causes
+ Support technicians and improve test processes
+ Work with automated test equiptment and LabVIEW-based systems
+ Document results and ensure quality standards
Requirements:
+ Electronics background
+ Hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, etc.)
+ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
