Job Description
PE Global is recruiting an SSDV Test Technician on behalf of a leading global engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Peterborough.
Contract duration: 12 months
Rate: £18.47 per hour PAYE
Key Responsibilities
• Follow all health and safety policies and safe working practices.
• Support engineers with technical investigations into engine components and systems, validating performance and durability.
• Operate specialist test equipment and carry out investigations to collect, analyse and record test data.
• Produce accurate records of test results using charts, tables, photographs and software for inclusion in technical reports.
• Work hands-on with engine components, test rigs and laboratory equipment, observing, operating and recording performance data.
• Follow documented work instructions and standard operating procedures using hand tools, power tools and lifting equipment.
