Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Agile Program Manager / Scrum Master with strong expertise in Banking and Financial Services technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Agile Scrum teams, managing end-to-end project delivery, release management, stakeholder coordination, and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across global teams.
The candidate should possess strong Scrum Master, Project Management, Release Management, and Test Management capabilities with hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall environments. Exposure to Core Banking Applications, SDLC, JIRA/Confluence administration, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple Agile Scrum teams
- Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming
