Overview
A market leading Consultancy organization are searching for an experienced Test Manager to join one of their growing teams in Belfast on a hybrid basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define the phase Test Strategy and Test Plan for systems in scope.
- Shape test environment readiness and lead end-to-end testing delivery, including execution oversight, defects/risks, and quality reporting.
Technical Requirements
- Define and own the Phase Test Strategy & Plan: scope, test levels (SIT/UAT/E2E), entry/exit criteria, governance, milestones, resourcing, and risk‑based approach.
- Feed into and shape the Environment Strategy: specify test environment needs (types, readiness criteria, stability, access, refresh/reset, tooling/monitoring) and coordinate provisioning with platform/infrastructure teams.
