Job Details **About ** We are partnering with a large, complex organisation undergoing ongoing payroll and people systems change. They are looking for a hands-on Test Lead to coordinate and execute testing across payroll and workforce management systems in a BAU environment. This role is not an implementation or program-testing position. Instead, you will be responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for configuration changes, legislative updates, EBA changes, system enhancements and operational releases. You'll work closely with payroll, HR, technology teams and vendors to ensure changes are thoroughly tested before deployment. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst looking to step into their first leadership role, or an experienced Test Lead who enjoys remaining hands-on rather than managing large programs or teams.
