Test Engineer - Washing Machine

Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete washing machine performance testing, mastering washing machine testing standards and operating procedures.
• Execute motor performance testing (speed, torque, efficiency, temperature rise, etc.) to verify motor system compatibility.
• Conduct washing program verification testing, evaluate washing effectiveness on different fabrics and different levels of soiling.
• Lead product reliability testing, including life cycle testing, fatigue testing, accelerated aging tests, extreme condition testing, etc.
• Execute antibacterial and anti-mite function verification testing (high-temperature washing, UV ultraviolet, silver ion, etc.), output test reports.
• Complete electrical safety testing (insulation, withstand voltage, grounding, leakage current) and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing.
