Job Description
Test Engineer is responsible for determining the best method of achieving the highest test coverage using different test processes.
- Collaborates with product design teams to determine testing parameters;
- develops and writes test plans and create test cases for products;
- conducts quality assurance and performance tests using new testing procedures;
- troubleshoots errors and streamline the testing process;
- documents final QA and test procedures for Quality Technicians;
- trains quality assurance staff and provide technical support;
- ensures all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards;
- prepares and presents test reports to Management;
- adheres to all information security and physical security policies and programs;
- follows health and safety standards; and
- performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
