- Develop, document, and enhance manufacturing processes and SOPs to ensure efficiency, consistency, and product quality
- Drive implementation of customer technical requirements and project roadmaps aligned with PCBA capabilities
- Apply DFM & DFT principles to improve manufacturability, reliability, and testing efficiency
- Analyze production workflows, cycle times, and bottlenecks to identify optimization opportunities
