Job Description
- Design and implement automated and manual testing procedures for electrical components and systems.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and validation protocols for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Production teams to ensure testability of new designs.
- Conduct root cause analysis on test failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in test processes, equipment, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO, RoHS).
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of test equipment and instruments.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians.
- Generate detailed test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMEN
