Job Summary
Acts as a technical lead for Test, In-System Test (IST), and Repair functions, providing solutions to complex technical issues. This role is responsible for driving test strategy, supporting production, and ensuring overall test effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Test Process Instructions (TPI) for production
Train production operators and technicians on test processes and procedures
Troubleshoot test failures and perform root cause analysis for complex issues
Develop and maintain test scripts and diagnostic programs
