Job Description
Flex, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking a Test Engineer to join our Guadalajara, North Campus team. You will implement and maintain cost-effective testing methods for systems, software, and equipment, reporting to the Test Engineer.
The role includes directing engineering activities, calibrating instruments, interpreting test data, and developing procedures. You will train operators and work with cross-functional teams to resolve test issues and improve yield.
