Test Engineer (Flying Probe & PCBA Specialist)

Role Objective
We are seeking an expert Test Engineer to spearhead the testing and debugging phases of our enterprise-class PCBA manufacturing. You will be the technical authority on Flying Probe Testing (FPT), responsible for both high-level programming and hands‑on maintenance of SPEA or SEICA systems. Your mission is to ensure 100% test coverage and rapid root‑cause analysis for complex hardware failures.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, calibrate, and operate SPEA or SEICA Flying Probe testers to identify manufacturing defects (shorts, opens, component values).
- Develop and optimize test programs from CAD data and schematics to maximize fault coverage and minimize cycle time.
