Test Bay Manager
As Test Bay Manager you will play a key role in shaping the future of testing operations at Eaton's Vantaa campus. In this newly established position you will establish a structured and efficient way of managing our test bay operations, ensuring that testing resources are utilized effectively and business‑critical priorities are delivered on time. You will act as a trusted partner for stakeholders in R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations, balancing their needs with operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Test Bay Operations & Planning - Coordinate and manage scheduling of Test Bay & equipment usage across all users.
- Drive optimal utilization of Test Bays to maximize capacity and efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics & KPI's, such as efficiency and utilization rates.
- Develop and manage long‑term Test Bay capacity planning and support resource (manning) planning.
