As Test Bay Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of testing operations at Eaton's rapidly growing Vantaa campus. This newly established, strategically important position reports directly to the Plant Manager. You will create a structured and efficient way of managing our test bay operations, ensuring testing resources are utilized effectively and business‑critical priorities are delivered on time. Beyond processes and technology, you will act as a trusted partner for multiple stakeholders across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations. Success requires a rare combination of strong technical expertise, operational thinking, and excellent people skills.
