Job Description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS :
- Develop a clear understanding of project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the planning and prioritisation of requirements
- Analyse existing processes and design new business processes, including data flow mapping
- Create detailed user stories and prototype mock-ups for new features and enhancements
- Identify constraints and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design optimal solutions within defined limitations
- Provide sign-off on delivered features on behalf of the Product team when required
- Design and prepare comprehensive test cases prior to execution
- Produce specifications that consider alternative approaches and solutions
- Critically evaluate requirements and challenge assumptions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Execute test cases and document findings clearly and thoroughly
