Test and Validation Engineer

As a Test and Validation Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and validating propulsion systems through engine and component-level testing within a safety‑critical aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate test readiness and configuration management activities supporting development and certification objectives.
• Plan, procure, and support modification, instrumentation, and overall readiness of experimental engine and/or rig hardware.
• Develop build instructions, test procedures, test plans, and technical documentation for assembly and testing of experimental engines.
• Work closely with technicians and cross‑functional design and analytical engineering teams throughout the engine build and test lifecycle, troubleshooting and investigating hardware, build, tooling, and test‑related findings.
