What You'll Do
- Own your territory — manage and grow a defined book of contractor and dealer accounts
- Prospect actively: identify underserved contractors, flip competitive accounts, convert low-volume customers into loyal ones
- Conduct on-site visits, product knowledge sessions, and Hardscape North America showcase events
- Collaborate with dealers to drive contractor demand through the channel
- Track all activity and pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; present weekly business reviews against forecast
- Partner with your Regional Sales Manager to build quarterly territory plans
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B outside/field sales experience — building materials, hardscape, landscaping, masonry, or construction supply strongly preferred
