Job Description

The Head of VAS Sales leads the growth and performance of Value-Added Services (VAS) across the sales network. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the overall VAS sales strategy, ensuring strong field execution, revenue growth, and cross-channel alignment. The position plays a critical role in expanding product penetration and strengthening commercial impact nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

β€’ Lead and manage Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive VAS sales performance.

β€’ Develop and execute strategies to increase product penetration across channels (POS, Telesales, etc.).

β€’ Monitor regional performance through KPIs and analytics, translating insights into action plans.

β€’ Drive rollout and adoption of new VAS products and initiatives.

β€’ Build strong partnerships with field sales leaders and implement engagement and incentive programs.
