Territory Manager - Southern Africa Key Responsibilities Lead execution of territory-specific sales and marketing strategies aligned with The Companys objectives. Own P&L management across all stores in the region, identifying revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities. Analyse sales performance, labour efficiency, and operational dashboards to identify trends and activate improvements. Deliver insightful reporting to stakeholders, translating metrics into clear action plans. Execute demand forecasting and stock planning to ensure product availability while minimizing waste.
