Hiring for Zonal Head in Bank. Job Summary Lead the multiple regions by driving business growth, profitability, portfolio quality, and operational excellence. The role involves managing large teams, expanding business lending, strengthening distribution channels, and ensuring compliance and risk governance. Key Responsibilities Drive zonal business growth, sales, and profitability. Manage Secured & Unsecured Business Loans, LAP, CC, OD, and Working Capital portfolios. Lead Regional Heads and sales teams to achieve business targets. Strengthen Direct Sales and DSA channels. Ensure portfolio quality, collections, NPA control, and policy compliance. Monitor performance through MIS and business reviews. Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Product, and Finance teams. Experience & Skills Graduate (MBA preferred). 18+ years of Banking/NBFC experience with 10+ years in leadership roles.
