Human Resources Recruiter (Term Full-Time, 35 hrs/wk)

This term-based position (Summer 2026 – 30 June 2027) is located at the Education Centre in Airdrie, AB.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, advertising, interviewing, referencing, onboarding, and data entry in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and participate in job evaluations.
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and collaborating with supervisors on staffing needs.
• Serve as subject matter expert on the applicant tracking system and HRMS.
• Update job questionnaires on a regular basis to ensure consistency across RVS.
