Job Description
What we are looking for:
The job of Spa Therapist is successfully executed when:
- Performs spa treatments and services according to standards, with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
- Advises clients on spa service programmers, treatments and products available.
- Promotes communication with all departments regarding issues that may affect guests and hotel operations in any way.
The usual responsibilities of the position include:
Checking and running the day-to-day running of the spa. Greeting clients in the Spa area and assisting them before and after treatments. Replenishing all items required in the Spa. Ordering and collecting stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels. Ensuring that all treatment rooms are fully prepared prior to commencement of a treatment in accordance with standards and procedures.
