Job Description
Confidential in Sharjah, UAE seeks an experienced Tendering & Pre-Tender Estimation Engineer to lead pre-tender studies, prepare estimates, pricing quotations, and develop competitive tender submissions for infrastructure and road construction projects.
You will coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams, perform quantity take-offs, evaluate supplier quotations, and support commercial proposals across road marking, traffic safety, and highway maintenance.
