- Review customer requirements and requests for mainly international quotes (RFQ)
- Prepare calculations and quotations for ProLeiT automation solutions based on internal and external customer inquiries using standard quotation and pricing tools, following a defined process
- Work in close cooperation with Sales, Delivery, Procurement, IT and other solution centers or experts to ensure the quality and timely completion of quotations
- Carry out formal risk assessments and initiate export control on relevant tenders and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Review and approve price/costing estimates and submit for management approval
